Hyun-Jin Ryu agrees to four-year, $80 million deal with Blue Jays (New York Post)



Left-handed pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu is leaving the Dodgers for the Blue Jays, agreeing to a four-year, $80 million deal, according to reports.

The free agent pitched six years in Los Angeles and was 14-5 with 2.32 ERA in 2019.

The moves comes on the same day Toronto and infielder Travis Shaw agreed to a one-year, $4 million contract, according to reports. The deal reportedly also contains $675,000 in performance bonuses.
