The Dodgers are getting even more involved in the voting process in California, now more than ever before. After opening up Dodger Stadium to become a polling enter this coming November, players are now starting to get involved.
This week, the Dodgers David Price made an appearance on The Voting Playbook, a series by Yahoo Sports that allow players to get fans to register to vote. Price urged Dodgers fans and everyone in California to make sure to be registered to have their voices heard this November.
The deadline to register online to vote in California is October 19th, though you can register in person on election day as well. Price goes on to talk about the entire process, as well as his experience in getting to vote.
When I turned 18, that was a day that will always stick with me, it’s a day that I will always remember. Having that right to be able to vote and fulfilling that purpose to me was a very speicla time to me. It’s something that I look forward to doing every time I have the chance to vote. Can’t wait to see you guys at the polls on November 3rd.
