If you’re a baseball fan, this is one of the last things you want to see. Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis, one of the best young superstars in the game, left Monday night’s game in San Francisco after injuring himself on the follow-through of a swing.

Tatis inked a monster contract extension with the Padres in the offseason despite less than 150 career MLB games under his belt.
Continuing on with the injury, it was later revealed that he suffered a left shoulder subluxation –dislocated shoulder — on the swing.
Update from the clubhouse: Fernando Tatis Jr. left tonight’s game with a left shoulder subluxation. He will be re-evaluated tomorrow.
